Theme: “Take Heart: God is Still Working

Life is filled with unexpected challenges, unanswered questions, and seasons when we wonder what God is doing. We can become discouraged when the road ahead is unclear or when the promises of God seem slow in coming. Yet Scripture reminds us that God is never absent, never idle, and never finished with His work. As Paul writes in Philippians 1:6, “He who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.” Even when we cannot see it, God is faithfully at work in our lives, shaping us through every season and accomplishing His good purposes.

This year at our Church Retreat, we’ll journey together through the theme “Take Heart: God Is Still Working” (Philippians 1:6), learning to trust His providence, find courage in His promises, and recognize His presence even in the midst of uncertainty. We’ll be encouraged to persevere in faith, knowing that the God who began His good work in us will be faithful to complete it.
